Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a workspace or using Paper & Pen (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. The Service

Paper & Pen is a multi-tenant cloud ERP and invoicing platform available to businesses worldwide. We provide the Service on a software-as-a-service basis and may update features over time.

3. Free Plan and Paid Modules

Sales & Invoicing is free for up to 3 users with no time limit. Additional modules (Inventory, HR & Payroll, Accounting, Manufacturing, Reports) are billed monthly or annually in the currency shown at checkout. You can add or remove modules at any time.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel paid modules at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The free plan continues regardless. Where required by applicable law, refunds are handled in line with local consumer regulations.

5. Your Data

Everything you enter into your workspace belongs to you. We process it only to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details, including export and deletion rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful activity.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and will give reasonable notice for planned downtime where practical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paper and Pen Company LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law
