Is invoicing really free?
Yes. Sales & Invoicing is free forever with no limit on the number of invoices or clients. You only pay if you add optional modules like Inventory or Payroll.
Can clients pay the invoice online?
Yes. Every invoice can include a secure pay-online link powered by Paymob and other gateways, so clients pay by card and the payment reconciles automatically.
Does it support VAT and other taxes?
Yes. Set any rate, including configurable VAT for the GCC, or whatever applies in your country. Tax is calculated on the net amount after any discount.
Can I send invoices in Arabic?
Yes. The whole interface and the invoice PDF can be Arabic, fully right-to-left, alongside English, Hindi, Bengali and Urdu.
Can I automate recurring billing?
Yes. Create a recurring invoice for retainers or subscriptions and Paper & Pen issues and sends it on schedule.
