Can I quote in one currency and buy stock in another?
Yes. Purchase in USD, EUR, CNY or any currency and sell in OMR, AED, SAR or whatever your customers use. Decimals and totals adjust automatically and the books stay reconciled.
Does invoicing update my stock?
Yes. Every invoice reduces stock and every purchase order receipt increases it in real time, across multiple warehouses, with no manual counts.
Can I see my profit margin per item?
Yes. Paper & Pen shows cost, selling price and margin on each line as you build a quote or invoice, so you protect your floor on every deal.
Is it really free for a trading business?
Sales and Invoicing is free forever, including quotations, invoices and delivery notes. Add the Inventory module when you need real-time stock and landed cost.
Does it handle VAT for the GCC and other markets?
Yes. Apply configurable GCC VAT out of the box, or configure any tax rate for any country. Tax is always calculated on the net after discount.
